  • Kate K

Kate began practicing Pilates over 20 years ago, guided by a lifelong passion for movement and balance. As a health and wellness enthusiast and former marathon runner, she brings both personal experience and professional training to every session. • Lyn G

    Pilates Instructor

Lyn has been teaching Pilates for five years and holds her National Pilates Certification (NCPT). She earned a BA in dance with a minor in exercise science, a combination that provided a strong foundation for her career in Pilates.

She is passionate about connecting with clients and supporting their movement and overall health, and she loves seeing them grow stronger, more confident, and more capable through their practice.

  • Terese S

    Pilates Instructor

Terese discovered Pilates after a severe femur stress fracture shifted her from a “no pain, no gain” approach to a more intentional way of moving. With a background in clinical practice and the pharmaceutical industry – and more than 25 years as a master cycle instructor, personal trainer, and group fitness coach – she found Pilates to be the missing link in functional, sustainable movement.

Now completing her 500-hour Balanced Body training and beginning her 500-hour Peak Pilates Classical certification, Terese is dedicated to helping others move better, feel stronger, and build a foundation for lifelong wellness.
